Booking Policy
• A non-refundable $70 deposit is required for all appointments, which will be deducted from the total service cost. • In case of cancellations or no-shows, the deposit is forfeited. A new $70 deposit is required for rescheduling. • Please arrive with clean, product-free, and well-combed hair ready for styling. • Any non-compliance may result in an additional $80 fee for extra services provided. • Weave take-out starts at $50 for weave kept in over 8 weeks due to potential hair tangles.
Salon Etiquette and Hair Requirements
• We’re dedicated to providing exceptional service, ensuring you leave with a transformed look after each visit.
• We advise taking adequate time for your appointment to avoid rushing and ensure quality results.
• Please arrive on time and finalize your selected hairstyle to maintain the schedule.
• Consultation time upon arrival is limited to 10 minutes.
• Due to limited space and COVID-19 regulations, only individuals getting their hair braided are allowed in the salon.
• Hair length requirements: 15-17 centimetres for single braids, 22-22 centimetres for cornrows.
